Job Description

For our Client – a company specializing in poultry meat processing – we are looking for Production Workers.
The plant is responsible for separating chicken meat from the bone and further processing it on modern production lines, ensuring the highest product quality.
Various parts of the chicken are mechanically processed under controlled conditions.

👉 The work is carried out at a temperature between 5°C and 10°C.

 

Requirements

  • Communicative knowledge of English or Dutch,

  • Flexibility regarding working hours (shift system: 6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–6:00),

  • Motivation to work both independently and as part of a team,

  • Willingness to work for a longer period,

  • Experience in a similar position will be an advantage.

We Offer

  • Stable, long-term employment,

  • Attractive base rate: €15.56 gross/hour,

  • Shift allowances:

    • Morning shift (6:00–14:00) – 112.5% → €17.51 gross/hour

    • Afternoon shift (14:00–22:00) – 112.5% → €17.51 gross/hour

    • Night shift (22:00–6:00) – 130% → €20.22 gross/hour
